A CONTACT represents the personal information of any user of the platform, either a CASE, PROFESSIONAL or ASSOCIATE.

The personal information can include:

Personal data: name, surnames, birthdate…
Contact channels: list of communication channels that can be used to reach a person (email, phone number…)
Addresses: Postal addresses of the person (home address, work address…)
Identifiers: list of values that can be used to identify uniquely a person
