ACTION FORMULAS

ACTION FORMULAS are used to add ACTIVITIES or EVENTS and change the status of an ADMISSION when an ACTIVITY (a FORM) is completed. This happens either when the form_close () function is invoked, when the last item in a form is answered or when a FORM is inserted as "closed" or use the FORMULA FORM_CLOSE ()

An ACTION can be an ITEM in a FORM that is embedded by several activities using an ITEM TYPE: "FORM". In this case, the ACTION will only be executed when the ACTIVITY including the FORM with the ACTION is the last one closing.
