OVERVIEW
The system SETTINGS OBJECT are XML objects that can be associated to the following objects: USER, CASE, TEAM, SUBSCRIPTION
The setting descriptions are defined in the CODES table with the code #SETTING
SETTINGS default value can be predefined for the full Instance or be configured for each particular object.

| TASK.LOCK_DATE | SUBSCRIPTION TEAM PROGRAM | TASK.LOCK_DATE = Prevent the TASK date to be updated automatically to "current date" when a TASK is closed |
IDENTIFIERS.USER | SUBSCRIPTION TEAM | Is a xml containing a list of identifiers required when creating a new user |
