The #DEVICE system form template is used to store data sent from medical devices. The data contained in this form is raw data (as is sent from the device) and the device information

The elements that compose this system form are:

DEVICE_DATA	DEVICE_DATA	FILE	Raw file sent from the device (array of bytes)
TYPE	DEVICE_TYPE	TXT	Identifies the type of device: PEDOMETER PULSEOXYMETER
MANUFACTURER	DEVICE_MANUFACTURER	TXT	Brand name of the manufacturer (i.e. OMRON)
MODEL	DEVICE_MODEL	TXT	Model of the device (i.e."HEM-9200T" )
SERIAL_NO	DEVICE_SERIAL_N		Unique identifier of a specific device
CREATE	RECORD_CREATE		Boolean value that indicates if a RECORD must be created in the TASK that contains this FORM. The data for creating the RECORD is extracted from other DATA CODES of this template
CREATOR	RECORD_CREATOR		It is not the 'poster' of the document. It is the person, laboratory, etc. that created the document
DATE	RECORD_DATE		Date of the document (not the date when the document was added to Linkcare-WS)
SYSTEM	RECORD_SYSTEM		One of the available DIAGNOSIS.MDC (MAJOR DIAGNOSTIC CATEGORIES) CODES
TYPE	RECORD_TYPE		One of the available RECORD.TYPE CODES
SUBTYPE	RECORD_SUBTYPE		One of the available RECORD.SUBTYPE CODES
REVIEWER	RECORD_REVIEWER		Professional that has reviewed the validity of the RECORD
REVIEW_DATE	RECORD_REVIEW_DATE		Date of revision of the RECORD
