The goal of the CUSTOM SETTING is to allow to define settings customized for a SUBSCRIPTION of a PROGRAM. Format is a JSON.

In STEP PROGRAM, it defines the minimum number of users that should be considered to apply the global performance threshold in STEP program.

"Zero" means not apply the global performance threshold.

"ACTIVITY_COACHING_ALGORITHM"

"NORTHUMBRIA" (Other values or null apply default STEP algorithm)

It defines the calculation algorithm to generate the weekly feedback in STEP program.
