Used to store binary resources (images, files or whatever) as resources that can be used by other objects

PROPERTY	NAME	TYPE	DESCRIPTION
#LIB_RESOURCE:REF	Ref	Integer	Unique reference for the LIBRARY RESOURCE object
#LIB_RESOURCE:DESCRIPTION	Description	String	Description of the resource
#LIB_RESOURCE:MIME_TYPE	Mime_Type	String	To identify the type of resource. This value can be expressed in two ways: A valid mime type (composed by two parts separated by a slash character: e.g: "video/mp4", "image/jpeg" The file extension (e.g: "jpg", "png", "pdf"...) can be used, because Linkcare-WS knows the relation between file extensions and standard mime types. If nothing is indicated, the default mime type will be used (application/octet-stream). See MIME Types & File extensions for more information
#LIB_RESOURCE:CODE	Resource Code	String	(NULLABLE) Textual code that can be used as a unique reference of the resource instead of "Ref"
#LIB_RESOURCE:SCOPE	Scope	String	Determines the scope of the resource (see RESOURCE SCOPE)
#LIB_RESOURCE:BYTES	Bytes	Byte[]	Array of bytes of the resource
#LIB_RESOURCE:STREAM	Stream	String	A relative URL to download the resource bytes via HTML5 Streaming. The URL includes a SHARED KEY OBJECT containing the information of the requested LIBRARY RESOURCE.

#PROG_TEMPL:ACCESS:PUBLIC	Public	The program is publicly available for other teams to create admissions on it.
