Is a function to retrieve the information/description of the protocol

Input

parameters:

session: a token obtained by calling session_init ()

protocol: a protocol reference

Output

parameters:

protocol: a protocol xml object

ref: protocol reference

name, description: protocol short name in the current session active language

program: the program object of the protocol selected

ErrorMsg: any fault in the call, either in the validation of input parameters, errors in the connection to the database or any other error, this parameter returns the error message produced
