Redesign of European Health Care Services by deploying and adopting new integrated services for Chronic patients by using ICT.
The project identifies four critical issues to be addresed for integrated service deployment:
- Development of a "cloud computing" platform
- Development of an open and interoperability enabled mobility environment
- Development of tools for advanced collaboration
- Clinical decision and knowledge sharing support
The project is part of the Spanish Government's "Ministerio de Economia y Competitividad" (MINECO) INNPACTO program.
