protocol_action_list ()	Returns a list of possible choices related with a protocol screen
protocol_get ()	Retrieves the information/description of the protocol
protocol_list ()	Retrieve a list of protocols associated by a program. If the mdc (major disease category) code is passed, only protocols associated with this category will be returned.
protocol_search ()	Search the text in the name/description of all protocols of the program input parameter and returns the protocols matched.
