Is a function to retrieve forms that carring information of patient's profile

Input

parameters:

session: is the session id obtained in the session_init call

case: ID of patient

Output

parameters:

forms: is an XML with the list of forms with the name of the form in the language of the session, the status (OPEN/CLOSED) and state of form, which can be OPEN or CLOSED

ErrorMsg: any fault in the call, either in the validation of input parameters, errors in the connection to the database or any other error, this parameter returns the error message produced
